Visa reminders by email

Overstaying a visa can mean fines, detention or a ban, and it is hard to undo. Tell us where you are, when you arrived and how long you may stay, and we will email you before your last day.

China counts your stay from the day after you arrive, so a 30-day stay beginning on the 1st runs through the 31st.

The date on your entry stamp. Today if you just landed.

How many days may you stay?

The duration of each stay (每次入境停留期) on your visa or entry stamp, not the date the visa expires.

Used for these reminders and nothing else.

Free. We send one confirmation email first, and every reminder has an unsubscribe link.

How the dates work

Countries count differently. China starts the count the day after you enter, so a 30-day stay beginning on the 1st runs through the 31st. Use the duration of each stay on your visa or stamp, not the visa’s expiry date: the stamp is what a border officer goes by.

What you will get

One email 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before your last permitted day, and one more on the day itself, around 9:00 local time. Nothing is scheduled until you click the link in the confirmation email, and every reminder has a link that stops them.

What we cannot do for you

VisaNudge is not an immigration authority, and a reminder is only as accurate as the dates you type in. If you extend your stay, change visas or leave early, cancel it and set a new one. Rather keep it on your phone? The app does this offline. See the privacy policy for what we store. Questions: support@visanudge.com.
